Who we are
ICA has carved a niche as an expert in the infrastructure, energy (including renewable energy), and natural resources sectors and we are a trusted independent advisor to ASX100 companies, governments, superannuation and infrastructure funds and developers across our industry sectors. We advise clients on a range of different transaction types, including M&A, asset acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity advisory, PPPs, project finance, strategic advice, takeover defence and capital raisings.
This year, ICA are proud to be running our inaugural Women in Banking Scholarship and Internship program. This new program targets talented penultimate year female students interested in a career within the investment banking and corporate advisory sector.
