The Associate Role
As a graduate you will join LEK Consulting as an Associate and be a focal point of the project team. You will be responsible for the basic research and analysis upon which each client engagement is based. Specific responsibilities include gathering data and developing detailed strategic and financial analysis which will be used to determine the recommendation. You will work with the case team to derive insights, conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis. An Associate must then transform what he or she has learned into a valuable and integral component of the client’s strategy. This could involve developing a view of future market growth, developing a valuation model for a company, determining probability distributions of value for a company being acquired or assisting a company to improve its performance.
